No regrets throughout my stay. Location wise very near to King Fadh gate. Jabal Omar food court and mall right at the ground floor. As a Singaporean who is particular about everything, I've no complaints. For a 5 star hotel, the cost is acceptable.
Magnificent hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Very smooth check in, good quality rooms, washrooms and cleanliness across the hotel. The best breakfast ever. The lifts take you straight to Haram entrance from your rooms. Special thanks to Housekeeping person Mr Sharif Ul Islam for the fantastic service and even brought the medicine down to reception at check out which we forgot in the Room. Recommended to all travelers performing Umrah. Good restaurants and shopping outlets at C1 level of this hotel. Very close to Haram.
